How can admins make adjustments to the settings for the visibility of attachments?

By default, raters can only see the attachments and documents of the specific process step to which they have been added. Admins can define further settings for the visibility of attachments for raters under “Teplates rating schemes”.

The following options are available:

  • See all attachments for the corresponding application.
The raters can see all attachments associated with the respective application, regardless of the current step in the application process.

  • See all attachments for the corresponding step.
The raters only have access to the attachments that were uploaded specifically for the current step in the application process.

  • See all attachments of the corresponding step and application receipt.
The raters can see both the attachments associated with the current step and those uploaded at application receipt. Attachments from further steps are not visible.
