To preview your advertisement without conducting public publication, proceed as follows:
1. Select draft application portal
1. Go to the jobs settings via the button
in the menu item ‘Publish’.
2. At the top, under ‘Application portals’, select the preview or draft application portal.
If it is not yet displayed, click on ‘+Add portal’ and select the portal from the drop-down menu.
3. Publish the advertisement exclusively on the Entwurf application portal via “Start Publication”
4. Click on “Preview” to check the advertisement before publishing it You can also copy the advertisement’s URL and forward it to others if you wish to show them the advertisement in advance.
2. Print the advertisement before publishing
If you wish to print the advertisement before publishing it, publish it as described in section 1 above, but only in the preview/draft portal.
Open the advertisement and click on the ‘Printer’ icon in the bottom right-hand corner
3. Create a draft application portal (if not already available)
If your account is older and does not yet contain a draft application portal:
Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Online application portals’.
Create a new application portal and name it, for example, Draft or Test.
Under ‘Advanced settings’, be sure to tick the box next to:‘Prohibit search engines and web crawlers from using content from this portal’, so that your advertisement does not appear on the web prematurely.
