Preview of a digital advertisement in the draft application portal

Find out how to check and print your advertisement before publication.

To preview your advertisement without publishing it, proceed as follows:

1. Select the draft applicant portal

  1. Open the job settings for the desired job.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Publish’ tab.

  3. At the top of the ‘Applicant portals’ section, select the test or draft applicant portal and set the button to ‘On’.

2. Publish the job on the application portal and print it out

  1. Publish the advertisement exclusively on the application portal.

  2. After saving, select the button ‘To the online application portal’ in the top right-hand corner.

  1. Select the ‘Draft application portal’ Click on it to open a preview of your advertisement in your browser.

  2. There you can also print out the advertisement without making it publicly visible.

3. Create a draft applicant portal (if not already available)

If your account is older and does not yet contain a draft applicant portal:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Online application portals’.

  2. Create a new application portal and name it, for example, Draft or Test.

  3. Under ‘Additional settings’, be sure to check the box:‘Prohibit search engines and web crawlers from using content from this portal’ so that your advertisement does not appear on the web prematurely.
