General information
Dualoo training courses are aimed at administrators who set up Dualoo. We guide you step by step through the training centre, customise the settings and complete the setup together. This gives you practical knowledge so that you can then train your recruiter team, line managers and vocational trainers independently.

Online meeting tool: We check the technical requirements in advance and select the appropriate tool.
The recommended number of participants is a maximum of two people, but there is no restriction in principle.
The time allocation depends on the training package selected.
Each training session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Best practices and follow-up tasks
During the training, we explain how Dualoo works and help you adjust the settings to your needs. However, we do not customise all existing best practice templates together. Instead, we show you how to enter a new e-mail template and set up your own template, for example. You can then customise other templates yourself.
Don't worry: Dualoo has best practice templates stored everywhere to keep your initial effort to a minimum.
Thoughts before the start of the training course
Who should take on the role of Dualoo admin (multiple people possible) and participate in the admin training?
Where do applications go – directly to the recruiters or to a shared team email inbox?
What role do our superiors play in the application process? Are they in direct contact with applicants, do they send out invitations to interviews, or is this handled centrally by the HR department?
Should unsolicited applications be integrated into the career portal?
How is our application process structured, and are there differences between applications from apprentices and employees?
How should our career page be designed in future?
Do we already use a multiposting tool?
Do we work with talent pools, and if so, which areas would we like to cover?
Procedure
We tailor our training courses to your individual needs. We recommend scheduling one training session per week to allow sufficient time for internal clarifications and tasks afterwards. Below you will find an example of how a training course might be structured. The number of sessions depends on the training package booked.
Kick-off meeting (online)
Recommended for companies with over 500 employees or complex structures and processes.
Online training (2–3 sessions)

Creation of a demo account and online subscription (if not already done).
Discussion of the points listed under ‘Considerations before training’.
Creation of a sample or pilot position and operational testing.
Continuation of training in accordance with the Training Centre in Dualoo.

All jobs are created and prepared in Dualoo.
Applications for current job advertisements were entered manually.

Checklist
If you don't have all the documents, that's no problem. Dualoo provides you with best practice templates and sample images for all relevant sections. You can customise these at any time in the settings.
Email signature: If images are used in the signature, we require them in PNG or JPEG format.
Location/locations: Company logo in square format (recommended resolution: 1200 x 1200 pixels). If several locations have different logos, we require all relevant location logos.
Cover pictures for advertisements: Recommended resolution: 1200 x 400 px. It is important that the image is not too high so that the advertisement text remains visible without scrolling, and that the image quality is balanced – i.e. it does not cause long loading times or appear blurry.
Sample advertisement
E-mail templates for communication with applicants: Dualoo provides best practice templates for each process step, such as confirmation of receipt or invitations to interviews. If you already use your own templates, we can of course integrate these as well.
Layout for letters as a Word file (letter template): This allows us to store your letter design in Dualoo so that the text templates can also be entered as letters.
Image for social media posts in the feed. Recommended resolution: 1200 × 630 pixels at 72 dpi.
Rating criteria templates: If you already have a list of criteria for preselection and rating for further process steps. Best practice templates are also available for this purpose.
Layout for evaluation criteria/feedback forms (letter template): This allows us to store the layout of the feedback forms in Dualoo. Such forms are issued to trial apprentices, for example, and then entered directly in your corporate design.
