How can I complete a job advertisement or set individual links to OFF when publishing if enough applicants have been received?

By closing a job, the advertisement is removed from the job center and the job overview. Completed jobs can be displayed again with the filter. Instructions can be found here.

Requirements

  • Rights as 'Recruiter' (right to participate in the process / dossier)

Set publication to OFF when enough applicants have been received

Once you have received sufficient applications or the application deadline has passed, you can set individual publications to ‘Paused’.

To do this, click on the three dots and select ‘Pause publication’.

The status will then automatically be set to ‘Paused’.

The following message is then displayed

Mark the job as filled after successful recruitment

1. Click on ‘Positions’ in the menu at the top. You will be taken directly to the job overview.

2. Click on the job in the overview list and select ‘Completed’ under “Status”.

3. Save your changes by clicking on the ‘Save’ button.

4. A pop-up window will then open.

Here you can see which direct integrations have automatically deactivated the advertisement. The advertisements are also automatically set to ‘Paused’ on the application portals. The job will no longer be displayed in the job overview.

The same message as above will appear.
