1. Click in the "Cockpit" under "Fast navigation" in the search mask and enter the name of the applicant

2. Select the correct 'Dossier' and click on the button "To XY's Dossier".

3. Dualoo will now jump directly to the 'Dossier' of the selected candidate. Alternatively, you can also select the job from the 'Job' menu and search for and select the candidate.

4. Select the candidate's 'Dossier' and 'Process Step'. (e.g. application receipt). Then click on the three points

5. Now select "Open Step Again" and confirm the reopening.
