Requirements
Authorization as a “rater”
You must already have been invited by a “recruiter” for a detailed rating in order for ratings to be displayed.
View rating again
1. Click on ‘Reviews’ at the top of the menu.
2. By default, you will see all your open reviews or the reviews according to the last filter used. If you want to see all reviews instead, you can use the quick filter ‘Reset filter’.
3. If you want to view all the assessments you have already completed, click on ‘Filter’ next to the search window. Then set the filter to yourself under “Responsible” and to ‘Completed’ under ‘Assessment’.
4. All ratings you have already submitted will now be displayed. You can, of course, set additional filters to narrow down the search results.
5. Click on the rating you would like to view in more detail.
6. You will now be taken directly to the detailed view of the review, where you can view the review again.
7. If desired, you can export the review to Word. To do this, click on the ‘Generate document’ button.
Edit assessment
A completed assessment cannot be edited again to ensure that no changes are made without the knowledge of the person responsible. If an adjustment is necessary, the assessment must first be deleted and then re-created. Changes can only be made to assessments that are still open and have not yet been completed.
Example: Suppose the decision to reject an applicant has been made and later the job profile is slightly adjusted because no suitable applications have been received. The decision to shortlist the applicant cannot simply be changed. Instead, the adjustment must be documented accordingly.
Tip: First copy the existing rating (create a print screen and copy the comments) so that you can use it as a basis. Alternatively, you can click on ‘Generate document’. This will give you a PDF or Word file with your rating, including the external comments.
Delete rating
Initial situation
The rater has been added. The process continues without this person having submitted a rating.
Possible practical examples:
Feedback from the rater is provided by telephone or via another channel.
Rejection of the candidate before the rater has submitted the rating.
In this case, the rating will continue to be marked as pending and will appear as due for the rater.
For this reason, we recommend deleting all outstanding ratings that are no longer needed when completing a process step or at the end of the application process.
Procedure
Open the rating view using the button
Alternatively, you can also search for the relevant applicant via the ‘Evaluations’ overview, which gives you an overview of all pending ratings.
The rating can be deleted via the three dots below the assessor's name.
Please note: If a process step has already been completed, the rating can no longer be edited.
3. If there are no more raters, you can then click on ‘Add raters’. If there are still raters created, you can use the + to re-add the person you previously deleted.
Change administrative person
To delete or change a rater, click on the three dots again and then on ‘Change administrative person’. In the field that appears, you can change the person and then click on save.
