The default sorting order is by due date. To change this, simply click on the column you want to sort by.

2. How can I add more columns to the rating overview?

1. On the right-hand side, above the rating overview, click on the following icon.

2. Show or hide the desired fields.

3. What filter options are available for the ratings?

Quick filters

These quick filters provide greater clarity and enable targeted navigation through the assessment tasks.

  • Open ratings

    • Shows all ratings that have not yet been completed.

    • Contains both assessments assigned to you and to other people.

    • Ideal for getting an overview of all outstanding assessments in the system..

  • My open ratings

    • Filters only the open ratings that are personally assigned to you.

    • Helps you stay focused on your own tasks.

    • Particularly useful for your daily work, allowing you to work through your own ratings in a targeted manner.

  • Reset filters

    • Resets all filters (including quick filters and other selection criteria) to the default view.

    • This is useful if you want to return to the complete overview after applying several filters.

Available filter options

These filters can be combined as desired to enter specific evaluations or work lists.

  • Job type: Filters reviews by job type (e.g. permanent position, internship, apprenticeship). Ideal if you want to focus on a specific job category.

  • Job title: Shows only reviews for a specific job (e.g. ‘Marketing Manager’). Useful for targeted evaluation of individual positions.

  • Start of employment: Filters by the planned start date of the job. Useful for prioritising ratings for positions that are starting soon or in the future.

  • Location: Shows only ratings for a specific company location. Particularly helpful for companies with multiple locations.

  • Step name:Limit the view to reviews in a specific process step (e.g. interview, application receipt).

  • Responsible:Filters by the person responsible for the review.

  • Review:Shows reviews by their result or status. Used for evaluation and prioritisation of candidates.

4. Additional options for anonymised dossiers and display all steps

Filter function to display all steps in ratings

The ‘Display all steps (including without rating scheme)’ checkbox can also be used to display steps without a rating scheme. This is mainly used for evaluations and is described in more detail here.

Display anonymised dossiers

The “Display anonymised dossiers” feature allows you to view application dossiers in which the candidates' personal data has been anonymised. This feature is primarily required for evaluations.
