How can I add an employee as an evaluator?

Learn about two ways to add employees as evaluators.

Requirements

  • Rights as 'Recruiter' (right to participate in the process / dossier)

  • In order for a "Detailed assessements" to be possible at all, the evaluation scheme must be linked to the process step in the "Settings". Read here how you can do this.

1st variant: "Detailed assessements" exclusively by employees (line/department manager/professional trainer)

+ Less effort for HR department

- No evaluation including comments can be released by HR to the evaluators

- More work for employees (line/department manager/professional trainer)

1. Click on "Job" in the menu above and select the job for which you want to add a rater in the job overview

2. You are now in the dossier overview. Select the dossier for which you want to add an assessor.

3. In the application of the dossier, click on the relevant step, which contains a "Detailed assessements".

4. Click on the button and select an employee (line/department head/professional trainer).

5. You can also repeat this several times and add more than one evaluator.

6. The selected employee will now receive an e-mail that he/she must create a rating. With a click on the button in the e-mail, he can jump directly to the rating.

2nd variant: "Detailed evaluation" incl. comments is created by the HR (recruiter) and released to the employee (line/department manager/professional trainer) as a basis for evaluation.

- More effort for HR department

+ A rating including comments can be released by HR to the evaluators

+ Less effort for employees (line/department manager/professional trainer)

1. Click on "Job" in the menu above and select the job for which you want to add a rater in the job overview

2. You are now in the dossier overview. Select the dossier for which you want to add an assessor.

3. In the application of the dossier, click on the relevant step, which contains a "Detailed assessements".

4. Click on the button

and select yourself (responsible "recruiter").

5. Enter a "Detailed assessements" and click on the button "complete evaluation" at the bottom

6. Click in the opened window

and click "Complete rating".

7. Now you can use the

Add the employees (line manager/head of department/professional trainer) to whom you want to release your evaluation as a basis for decision making. You can also repeat this several times and add several evaluators.

8. the selected employee will now receive an e-mail that he/she must create an evaluation. With a click on the button in the e-mail, he can jump directly to the rating and see the released rating which is marked with the symbol
