Reasons for forwarding
There may be various reasons why you would also like to invite other employees / colleagues for a rating.
Due to preselection, only potentially suitable applicants are forwarded.
Considering an additional opinion in the recruiting process.
Due to shift work, it is possible that it is not yet clear at the time of the invitation by HR or the responsible person who will take part in the trial work/taster day.
Absence due to holiday or illness
Procedure
1. Click on "Ratings" in the menu at the top and select the relevant rating in the rating overview.
2. Click on the + button
3. Select the desired employees (line/head of department/professional trainer) who should also submit a rating. You can also repeat this several times and add several raters.
4. The selected employees will now receive an e-mail informing them that they must enter a rating. By clicking on the button in the e-mail, they can jump directly to the rating.
