Preselection / Invitation for detailed evaluation
If you work with preselections of the HR department, you can now benefit from an optimization of the process.
When you complete and release your preselection, you can directly add the other employees (evaluators, line managers, etc.). This means that you no longer need to add the additional evaluators in advance, but are automatically prompted to do so when you release your preselection.
Overview in the training center
We've made the Training Center a bit clearer and with the help of the Hover effect you can now always see exactly where you are with the grey highlighting.
Image display in the ratings
Previously, a placeholder image of a male person was displayed by default in the rating view for applications without a photo. We have now corrected this and the image is now displayed according to the selected gender.
