Email in Dualoo
In addition to "Generate documents" you can now send and receive e-mail directly from Dualoo. Communicate faster and easier with your candidates.
Don't worry, your current document templates will remain the same. You can now also send them via e-mail and edit them directly in Dualoo.
Contact your administrator to activate and integrate the e-mail templates in the settings.
Edit documents and e-mails directly in Dualoo
Since you can now edit documents and e-mails directly in Dualoo, there is no need for tedious downloading and uploading of documents. Individual changes are made easier and the latest version of the document is automatically stored.
Multiple online registration / application
Candidates can no longer just apply online for a vacancy, but can also register for a trial apprenticeship, for example. You can also activate the online advertisement for each process step in Dualoo and thus have even less effort in data entry.
Several applicant portals
You can enter different applicant portals and assign the jobs accordingly. For example, one portal for all apprenticeship positions and another for all open employee positions, or registrations for trial apprenticeships.
Individual input masks for online application
Create different input masks for the candidates. It is now possible to customize the fields to be displayed and the mandatory fields. For example, you can define more mandatory fields for an application than for an application for a trial apprenticeship.
Position overview
Additional information (e.g. number of apprenticeships or workload) can be entered when new jobs are entered. If the module "Recruitment of employees" is activated, you can also enter normal employee positions as well as internships.
