Correspondence
Now all correspondence is displayed at the same place in the process step. We create even more overview in which all uploaded files, as well as letters and internal comments can be found in the same place.
View completed step
When a process step is completed, we now show not only the comments, but also in the form of icons which additional files are in the step.
Selection of document templates
The various document templates (letters etc.) are now accessed via the "Generate Document" button. In the window you can then select the administrative person to be displayed on the correspondence and choose the desired template.
Locations and departments
In the settings, Dualoo administrators can now enter and edit the different locations and departments themselves.
The applications can be assigned to the different locations and the overview list can of course be sorted and filtered according to the different locations. During the application process, it is also shown for which location the candidate has applied. If you do not add any further locations, everything will remain as usual for you.
Improvements and bug fixes
More correspondence background information (date, time and person).
The job start date can now be changed.
The individual step names can now also be displayed and sorted in the ratings under additional columns.
The weighting of the evaluation criteria now ranges from 0 - 10 (previously 1 - 5)
Two new placeholders are available A_LOCATIONNAME (for the administrative person) and D_LOCATIONNAME (for the performing person).
Several buttons have been standardized in color.
Minor bug fixes and adjustments throughout the application.
