New features
All employees can be selected for evaluations
From now on, all employees (even if no authorizations for the teaching profession have been granted) can be selected for a detailed assessment. This makes it possible to select employees as evaluators without giving them access to the dossiers.
Evaluation view with information and access to attachments
In the evaluation view we have revised the structure and made it even clearer. Now additional information is displayed here. This means that this information is also visible to employees who are not authorized to access the entire candidate dossier. In addition, it is possible to access attachments directly, which are stored in the respective process step. The button for generating the assessment document is now located above the assessments.
New filter options
The filter options in the rating overview have been expanded. We have also restructured the listing type of the ratings.
Legend for symbols in the dossier overview
If you move the mouse cursor over a symbol in the dossier overview, the meaning of the symbol is explained.
Improvements and bug fixes
Filtered order in the dossier overview is now displayed correctly and the filter is saved.
Rights management adapted to the new function (see above)
Compatibility with Lotus Notes
New placeholders: B_BERUF_ZUSATZTEXT e.g. specialty / level / addition
Minor bug fixes and adjustments throughout the application.
