Matching, so that candidates can be compared with each other
With the new update Dualoo calculates a number between 0% and 100% for each application - we call this function Matching. This makes it possible to easily compare the applications with each other. As a basis for the calculation the overall rating and the detailed rating (if activated) is used. Tip: First filter for the apprenticeship profession and then sort the Matching column in descending order. This will help you find the best applicants for the advertised apprenticeship.
Due dates of an open application step in the overview
The application and evaluation overview now shows the due date for each process step. This allows you to keep track of open tasks. Quite simply.
Mark top applications
From now on it is possible to mark a top application.
Improvements and bug fixes
In the rating overview you can now sort by "average rating
In the overall assessment, the new rating is "sufficient" and no longer "close".
Info message after a rating is completed
Employees module in the cockpit is now only displayed for site administrators
After adding new employees, you will be informed about the assignment of rights
Completion of ratings only possible if something has been filled in.
