New features

Integration of the appointment calendar

Now you can easily integrate appointments from Dualoo into your personal calendar. Invite other participants for an interview or send the invitation for a taster apprenticeship to the responsible vocational trainers - no problem anymore. After you have filled out all the fields in the process step, Dualoo will automatically ask you for permission to send it.

Works with Outlook, Gmail and all other ics capable calendars!

Automatic process flow

Now Dualoo adheres to the defined process in your settings. After the process step is completed, the window for the next process step opens automatically. This ensures that the application process does not get stuck.

Further optimization of the application process

After an information afternoon or day-long internships, the recruitment process may be interrupted or even terminated. If an application arrives at a later date, the process must be resumed. You can now define the process steps as possible final steps in the settings. A final step stops the process indefinitely. With a click on a button, the process can be reactivated at any time.

By default, the process types trial apprenticeship, day internships, break, acceptance and rejection are defined as final steps. Do you want to change this? Then you can change this in the settings under Application Process. To do this, you only need to remove the check mark Enable process interruption in the relevant step.

E-mail notifications for employees

If you are defined as the person responsible for an application step, you will now automatically receive an e-mail - so nothing is forgotten.
