More overview created in the applicant overview. The status of open process steps is now circled so that it is also visually clear which steps have not yet been completed. In addition, the person responsible is displayed and it is also possible to filter by the person responsible.
The filter function is now also available in the candidate dossier. The filter results are displayed as a filtered result list. In addition, you can see which dossier you are currently in by marking it.
Process steps can be deleted again. This function can be called via the 3 dots in the top right corner. This way, even steps that have been entered by mistake can be removed again.
Sharing responsibility / changing responsibilities
In each process step, the persons responsible and the contact persons can be changed. This allows you to adapt the responsibilities individually and always specify the correct contact person in your correspondence.
Improvements
Candidate photo now also in the taster apprenticeship The photo of the candidate is now also displayed in the taster apprenticeship evaluation area.
Additional personal data such as e-mail and telephone number are now available as optional data. In the already existing dossiers, these can be added to the candidate dossier via the field Change data. Only the filled in data will be displayed.
