This means that you will also receive applications submitted via this job portal directly online in Dualoo. Below, we will discuss the two possible advertising options:
1. Link to the application form
The manual link from Dualoo is stored on the sozjobs.ch apply button. With this option, the advertisement is created and designed on sozjobs.ch. Only the apply button is linked to the Dualoo link.
2. Integration URL advertisement
Use of the Dualoo advertisement on sozjobs.ch
With this option, the advertisement, including the layout, is taken over by Dualoo. The texts of the advertisement must also be created for keyword search. In addition, the manual link from Dualoo to the sozjobs.ch Apply button must also be stored in this option.

The following fields must be activated in your sozjobs.ch account by sozjobs.ch (activation is free of charge): Application link – for options 1 and 2 / Direct link – for option 2
Option 1: Advertisement with link to the application form
Go to the job settings via the button
in the menu item ‘Publish’.
2. Under the item ‘Manual links (other job platforms, etc.)’, click on the button ‘+ Add link’.
3. A search field appears in which you can search for the desired job application portal by entering text; the selection is automatically reduced according to the entry.
Note: If this label is not in the selection, you can simply enter additional job platforms (manual links) directly in this area. Read more here
4. The status is automatically set to ‘Active’.
5. If necessary, you can use the 3-dot button to ‘Edit name’.

5. You can now copy the specific link to the input mask (application form) for sozjobs.ch.
For the input mask, select the lower link ‘Link to input mask’.
6. Click on ‘Copy link’.
Tip: Use the ‘Preview’ button to view the advertisement or the input mask.
7. You can now switch to sozjobs.ch and log in with your company login details.
8. Click on "New advertisement" or edit an existing advertisement where you would like to integrate the link to the Dualoo online application form.
9. Create the advertisement with the usual information and then paste the copied link to the application form from Dualoo under "Application link". It is important that you do not additionally enter the e-mail address so that the applications are effectively only received online directly in Dualoo.
Tipp: Sollte sich in Ihrer Ansicht / Maske von sozjobs.ch kein Feld mit dem Namen "Bewerbungslink" befinden, können Sie dieses kostenlos über den Support von sozjobs.ch aktivieren lassen. Dieses ist standardmässig ausgeblendet.
10. You can now save the advertisement and publish it as usual.
11. By clicking on the Apply button, the applicant will be taken directly to the Dualoo online application input mask as usual.
12. If you want to pause the link for further applications via this platform, click on the three-dot button and select ‘Pause publication’. The advertisement will not be deleted from the job platform, but the link to the advertisement will no longer be active. When clicking on Apply, the message ‘Job advertisement expired’ will appear.
Tip: The procedure described above can also be used on the following platforms: spitexjobs.ch, spitalstellenmarkt.ch and schuljobs.ch.
Option 2: Use the Dualoo advertisement on sozjobs.ch
Follow the instructions above up to point 7.
8. For the link that should lead directly to the advertisement, select the upper ‘Link to advertisement’
9. Copy the link.
10. You can now go to sozjobs.ch and log in with your company login details.
11. Click on "New advertisement" or edit an existing advertisement where you would like to integrate the Dualoo advertisement.
12. Copy the texts from the advertisement that you have created in Dualoo into the corresponding fields at sozjobs.ch. These texts are needed in the background of sozjobs.ch.
Firstly, the keyword search on sozjobs.ch searches this text field (not the advertisement from Dualoo).
On the other hand, for very old smartphone models where the Dualoo link cannot be displayed directly, the additional information given here is used.
13. Paste the copied link in the "Direct link" field.
Tip: If there is no field with the name "Direct link" in your sozjobs.ch view / screen, you can have this activated free of charge by contacting sozjobs.ch support. This is hidden by default.
14. Add the link to the ‘Application link’ in the ‘Application’ tab. This ensures that applications submitted via the “Apply” button on sozjobs.ch also appear automatically in Dualoo. To do this, follow the steps in the instructions above entitled ‘Option 1: Link to the application form’.
15. You can now save the advertisement and publish it as usual.
