With today's release (12.08.2022), we have also optimised the reminder function and the calculation of due dates.
Calculation of due dates / new features
Previously, the due date was calculated based on the date of the process step (e.g. application receipt 11/08/2022). However, this was not correct if ‘Raters’ were only invited at a later date. The date of the invitation is now used as the basis for calculating the due date and sending the reminder.
These due dates and the sending of reminder emails are now also displayed in the overview lists under the info button.
Have you received a lot of reminder emails?
With the release, we have now mistakenly triggered reminders for ratings that were not sent in the past. These are exclusively ratings that have not yet been completed. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience and the large number of emails in some cases.
Clean up your account
Take the opportunity to tidy up your account and delete the ratings that are long overdue.
You can delete ratings using the 3-dot button.
