The JobAd Agency add-on offers numerous benefits within Dualoo:
The JobAd Agency add-on enables advertisements to be published directly on selected local and specialised Swiss job portals. Jobs can be conveniently published from Dualoo on the following platforms:
Local reach: Reach suitable candidates in Zurich and Winterthur via züri.jobs and winti.jobs – local, relevant and close to the respective region.
Diversity & Inclusion: Use includingyou.ch to specifically showcase jobs on a Swiss job portal focused on diversity and inclusion.
Fair and personalised platforms: These job portals offer affordable, local and transparent solutions – particularly for SMEs and regionally based companies.
Efficient publication: Advertisements can be published directly from Dualoo without having to copy and paste text manually.
Centralised application management: All applications are received directly in Dualoo and automatically assigned to the relevant source.
How do I activate the integration?
1. Go to the “Settings” menu, select “App Store” and click the “Details” button for the JobAd Agency integration
2. Switch to the Settings tab and specify whether you already have a customer relationship with JobAd Agency. Depending on your selection, the data will be transmitted to JobAd Agency either for registration and contact purposes or simply to activate the interface.
3. Next, activate the desired job platforms for the recruiters. To do this, set the toggle to ‘On’ and select the desired booking model (single advert or subscription) for each platform.
4. Accept JobAd Agency’s Terms and Conditions, Terms of Use and privacy policy, then click the ‘Install’ button.
5. Under ‘Jobs’ in the job settings ‘⚙️’, the selected job platforms are available in the ‘Publish’ section under ‘Direct Integrations’.

What are the costs involved?
Costs on the Dualoo side
There are no additional costs for using the add-on / interface.
Costs on the JobAd Agency side
The integration is also free of charge on the JobAd Agency side. Any costs for publishing job advertisements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective job platforms.
An active flat-rate subscription includes unlimited slots, meaning there are no additional costs for publishing job advertisements.
