Requirements

  • Rights as 'Recruiter' (right to participate in the process / dossier)

  • You need a job with activated online application. Read here how you can publish the job.

  • Depending on the job platform, it may be necessary to have the individual fields for the links from Dualoo activated. To do this, check in your job application portal login whether you have the following two fields available for selection. If not, the support of the corresponding platform can certainly help you. URL application form - for variants 1 and 2 / URL advertisement - for variant 2

On most job portals, you have two posting options:

1. Link to the application form.

In this case, the Dualoo link to the application form is stored on the Apply button of the job portal. With this option, the advertisement is created and laid out on the corresponding job platform. Only the Apply button is linked to the Dualoo link.

2. Integration URL advertisement

Use of the complete Dualoo advertisement on the job application portal

With this option, the advertisement including the layout will be taken over by Dualoo. The texts of the job advertisement must also be created for the keyword search. In addition, the Dualoo link to the application form must also be stored on the Apply button of the job application portal.

Variant 1: Link to the application form

1. Go to the "Jobs" menu in Dualoo and select the job you want to advertise on the job platform.

2. Click on the settings for the corresponding job on the right-hand side.

3. Now select "Publish" on the left-hand side.

4. If you see a message that you have not yet placed an advertisement, you must prepare this accordingly. Read here how to publish the job.

5. Under the item "Links to the application form" you can select the label of the desired job platform. If this label is not in the selection, you can simply write the desired name in the field and enter a new label.

6. Make sure that the button is set to "On".

7. Now you can copy the specific link to the application form for the relevant job portal. Click on "Copy link to".

8. The changes will be saved automatically.

9. Now you can log in to the corresponding job portal with your company login (here as an example jobs.ch).

10. Click on Create advertisement or edit an existing advertisement for which you would like to integrate the link to the Dualoo online application form.

11. Create the advertisement with the usual information and then paste the copied link to the application form from Dualoo under "URL application form" (the exact name of the field can vary depending on the job application portal). It is important that you do not additionally enter the e-mail address so that the applications are effectively only received online directly in Dualoo.

Tip: If there is no field with the name "URL application form" (or similar depending on the job platform) in your view / mask of the job application portal, you can request this via the support of the respective platform and have it activated if necessary.

12. Now you can save the advertisement and publish it as usual.

Below you can see an example of the advertisement on jobs.ch.

13. By clicking on the Apply button, Applicants will be taken directly to the input screen for the online application as usual.

14. Now you only have to wait for online applications.

Variant 2: Using the Dualoo advertisement on the job platforms

1. Go to the "Jobs" menu in Dualoo and select the job you want to advertise on a job platform.

2. Click on the settings for the job on the right-hand side.

3. Now select "Publish" on the left-hand side.

4. If you see a message that you have not yet placed ajob advertisement, you need to prepare this accordingly. Read here how to publish the job.

5. Under the item "Links to the application form" you can select the label of the corresponding job platform. If this label is not in the selection, you can simply write the desired name in the field.

6. Make sure that the button is set to "On".

7. Now you can copy the specific link to the application form for the corresponding job application portal. Click on "Copy link to".

8. Paste the copied link into a new browser window and open the page. Then click on "Go to job description".

9. Copy the link to this page. This is the URL for the advertisement, which you can then paste into the job portal.

10. Now you can log in to the corresponding job portal with your company login (here as an example jobs.ch).

11. Click on Create advertisement or edit an existing advertisement for which you would like to integrate the Dualoo advertisement.

12. Paste the copied link into the "URL advertisement" field. This field may have a slightly different name depending on the job platforms.

13. Copy the texts from the advertisement that you have created in Dualoo into the corresponding field of the job platforms. These texts are needed in the background by the job platforms.

On the one hand, this text field is searched for in the keyword search (not the advertisement from Dualoo).

Secondly, in the case of very old mobile phone models for which the Dualoo link cannot be displayed directly, the additional information entered here is used.

Tip: If there is no field with the name "URL advertisement" (or similar depending on the job platform) in your view / mask of the job application portal, you can request this via the support of the respective platform and have it activated if necessary.

14. Also add the link to the "URL application form". So that an application also appears automatically in Dualoo via the "Apply" button of the job platforms. To do this, carry out the corresponding steps from the above instructions entitled "Variant 1: Link to application form".

15. Now you can save the advertisement and publish it as usual. Below you can see a corresponding example on jobs.ch.

Attention: Make sure that the copied links are not mixed up. Dualoo tracks in the background where the applicant comes from.
