With most job portals, you have two options for advertising, described below in variants 1 and 2 (link to application form or integration of the URL to the advertisement).

However, for some job platforms, there is also a direct integration from Dualoo.

This means that advertisements can be published directly from Dualoo to the job platform via an interface with just a few clicks (for a fee or via your existing subscription). These integrations are available as an add-on in the settings in the App Store.

The Dualoo link to the application form is stored on the Apply button of the job portal. With this option, the advert is created and laid out on the corresponding job platform. Only the Apply button is linked to the Dualoo link.

Use of the complete Dualoo advertisement on the job application portal

With this option, the layout of the advertisement is taken over by Dualoo. The texts of the advertisement must also be created for the keyword search. In addition, the Dualoo link to the application form must also be stored on the job application portal's Apply button in this variant.

Once these have been installed by the admins, advertisements can be published directly from Dualoo on the relevant job platforms.

1. Go to the jobs settings via the button.

in the menu item ‘Publish’.

2. Under the item ‘Manual links (other job platforms, etc.)’, click on the button ‘+ Add link’.

3. A search field appears in which you can search for the desired job application portal by entering text; the selection is automatically reduced according to the input.

Note: If the desired label is not in the selection, you can easily enter additional job platforms (Manual links) directly in this area. Read more here

4. The status is automatically set to ‘Active’.

5. If necessary, you can use the 3-dot button to ‘Edit name’

5. You can now copy the specific link to the application form (input mask) for the relevant platform (e.g. jobup or Yousty).

For the input mask, select the link below ‘Link to input mask’.

Use the ‘Preview’ button to view the advertisement or the input mask.

6. The changes are saved automatically.

7. You can now log in to the relevant job portal with your company login (here, for example, jobs.ch).

8. Click on Create advertisement or edit an existing advertisement for which you would like to integrate the link to the Dualoo online application form.

9. Create the advertisement with the usual information and then paste the copied link to the application form from Dualoo under "URL application form" (the exact name of the field can vary depending on the job application portal). It is important that you do not additionally enter the e-mail address so that the applications are effectively only received online directly in Dualoo.

Tip: If there is no field with the name "URL application form" (or similar depending on the job platform) in your view / mask of the job application portal, you can request this via the support of the respective platform and have it activated if necessary.

10. Now you can save the advertisement and publish it as usual.

11. By clicking on the Apply button, Applicants will be taken directly to the input screen for the online application as usual.

12. Now all you have to do is wait for online applications.

If you want to pause the link for further applications via this platform, click on the 3-dot button and select “Pause publication.” The advertisement will not be deleted from the job platform, but the link to the advertisement will no longer be active. When you click on “Apply,” the message “Job advertisement expired” will appear.

8. You can now log in to the relevant job application portal with your company login (here, for example, jobs.ch).

9. Click on Create advertisement or edit an existing advertisement for which you would like to integrate the Dualoo advertisement.

10. Paste the copied link into the "URL advertisement" field. This field may have a slightly different name depending on the job platforms.

11. Copy the texts from the advertisement that you have created in Dualoo into the corresponding field of the job platforms. These texts are needed in the background by the job platforms.

On the one hand, this text field is searched for in the keyword search (not the advertisement from Dualoo).

Secondly, in the case of very old mobile phone models for which the Dualoo link cannot be displayed directly, the additional information entered here is used.

Tip: If there is no field with the name "URL advertisement" (or similar depending on the job platform) in your view / mask of the job application portal, you can request this via the support of the respective platform and have it activated if necessary.

12. Also add the link to the "URL application form". So that an application also appears automatically in Dualoo via the "Apply" button of the job platforms. To do this, carry out the corresponding steps from the above instructions entitled "Variant 1: Link to application form".

13. Now you can save the advertisement and publish it as usual. Below you can see a corresponding example on jobs.ch.

Attention: Make sure that the copied links are not mixed up. Dualoo tracks in the background where the applicant comes from.

After the Publication has been launched, any spelling mistakes in the labels can be corrected using the 3-dot button “Edit name.”

Then enter the desired changes to the name and click on “Save.”

Note: If the name of the manual link is edited, it will change in all places where it is currently or has been used in the past. This adjustment is intended exclusively for the correction of typing errors. Any other change will permanently distort the traceability of the application source.
