This means that you will also receive applications submitted via this job portal directly online in Dualoo.
ostjob.ch offers various integration options for your company's career website. For example, jobs can be crawled directly from ostjob.ch to your company website and will then be automatically displayed on ostjob.ch as soon as you have advertised the job on the application portal on your company website. Alternatively, you can automatically display all the jobs you have advertised on ostjob.ch on your company website.
In the following article, we will not go into the various integration options, but will describe the standard job publication on ostjob.ch without integration and without a crawling subscription.

Two integration options (application link or advertisement)
1. Link to the application form
The Dualoo link to the application form is stored on the ostjob.ch Apply button. With this option, the advertisement is created and designed on ostjob.ch. Only the Apply button is linked to the Dualoo link.
2. Integration of the Dualoo advertisement (direct link / URL Iframe advertisement)
Use of the Dualoo advertisement on ostjob.ch
With this option, the advertisement, including the design, is taken over by Dualoo. The texts of the advertisement only need to be created additionally for keyword searches. In addition, the Dualoo link to the application form must also be stored on the Jobs.ch Apply button in this variant.
Variant 1: Advertisement with link to the application form
Go to the job settings via the button
in the menu item ‘Publish’.
2. Under the item ‘Manual links (other job platforms, etc.)’, click on the button ‘+ Add link’.
A search field appears in which you can search for the desired job application portal by entering text; the selection is automatically reduced according to the entry.
Note: If this label is not in the selection, you can simply enter additional job platforms (manual links) directly in this area. Read more here
4. The status is automatically set to ‘Active’.
5. If necessary, you can use the 3-dot button to ‘Edit name’.

6. You can now copy the specific link to the input mask (application form) for ostjob.ch.
For the input mask, select the lower link ‘Link to input mask’.
7. Click on ‘Copy link’.
Tip: Use the ‘Preview’>button to view the advertisement or the input mask.
8. You can now switch to Ostjob.ch and log in with your company login details.
Information: As Ostjob.ch is a German-language platform, the images below show German text.
8. Click on Vacancies and create a new vacancy or edit an existing vacancy where you would like to integrate the link to the Dualoo online application form.
9. Create the information for the job advertisement as usual. The first step is to upload your advertisement as a PDF file.
10. Now enter all the text for your advertisement in the advert text field. This ensures that Ostjob.ch can display your advertisement clearly in the mobile view. Then enter the link you copied from Dualoo under ‘Direct link to the application form’
Important: Do not include an email address in the text of the advertisement or in the PDF to ensure that all applications are received online in Dualoo.
11. You can now review the advertisement, save it, and publish it as usual.
12. By clicking on the Apply button, the applicants are taken directly to the input mask for the online application as usual.
13. Now all you have to do is wait for online applications.
14. If you want to pause the link for further applications via this platform, click on the three-dot button and select ‘Pause job posting’. The advertisement will not be deleted from the job platform, but the link to the advertisement will no longer be active. When you click on “Apply”, the message ‘Job advertisement has expired’ will appear.
Option 2: Use of the Dualoo advertisement on Ostjob.ch
Follow the instructions above up to point 7.
8. For the link that should lead directly to the advertisement, select the upper ‘link to advertisement’
9. Copy the link.
10. Go to Ostjob.ch and log in with your company login details.
11. Click on Vacancies and create a new vacancy or edit an existing vacancy.
12. Instead of manually creating the advertisement as usual, simply paste the link to the Dualoo advertisement under Direct Link Iframe.
13. Copy the text from the advertisement you created in Dualoo into the Activity field at Ostjobsch. This text is required in the background by ostjob.ch.
Firstly, this text field is searched when performing a keyword search on ostjob.ch (not the advertisement from Dualoo).
Secondly, on very old smartphone models where the Dualoo link cannot be displayed directly, the additional information entered here will be used.
14. You can now save the advertisement and publish it as usual. The preview will show you the advertisement as it will appear once published.
