Add a new application portal design
1. Click on "Settings" in the menu at the top. Select the ‘Layout’ sub-item under the ‘Layout’ title.
2. Click on the right next to the existing designs.
We recommend that you first enter a new design and only then replace it in the existing online application portal if everything has been customised as desired.
3. Enter an appropriate ‘Designation’ (for example, website CD layout)
4. Now you can define the different colours and the layout of the buttons using the colour grid or enter a HEX code to select a colour. You can generate the HEX code here.
Tip: Enter an application portal for practice purposes, one that is not integrated into your website or elsewhere. Post one of your current jobs on this portal as well. Then you can store the corresponding design there and thus directly see all changes you make in the settings.
5. Now you can also apply the customised design to the application portals (e.g. your website). To do this, go to the settings for "online application portals" and select the desired design.
6. You can now view your revised design on your website.
Use design for links
A design can be defined for use with the links to the application form (job plattforms). This includes all links to advertisements or input masks that are not accessed via the portal.
This design is then used when posting on various job portals, social media or on your website (if you have integrated the jobs via the links on your website).
