What is a job profile and how does it replace duplicating or copying a job?
A job profile is a template for a job and is automatically created when the job is first published. It contains details such as the professional title, the type of employment, the recruiting process and the percentage of full-time equivalent.
The job profile reduces the amount of data entry required if you wish to publish a job again later or in a similar form. A traditional feature for duplicating or copying a job is therefore not necessary in Dualoo.
If you wish to use a job that has already been published, go to ‘Publish a new job’ and search for the relevant job profile in the search field. Once selected, the existing text and information will be automatically carried over.
You can then adapt the details for the new publication and proceed as usual. A similar existing job can also be used as a basis in this way and changed only where relevant.
The current details of the new publication are in turn incorporated into the job profile, so that it can be used for future publications.
How can I edit a job profile?
Has a typo crept into the job profile, or is the wrong process always linked? If so, you can adjust the job profile in the settings. When the job profile is selected for the job publication, the adjusted data will be used.
Click on ‘Settings’ at the top of the menu.
In the ‘module recruitment’, select the sub-item ‘Job profile’.
Click on the three dots next to the job profile you want to adjust and select “Edit”.
Change the desired information.
‘Save’ the changes.
When you now publish a new job and use this job profile, the newly adjusted values will be used.
Note: When entering a new job, the selected job profile is automatically loaded and adopts the currently stored values. Conversely, changes that you make and save directly in a job (e.g. in the advertisement) are transferred to the job profile and are thus also available for future jobs.
How can I archive a job profile?
Click on ‘Settings’
at the top of the menu.In the ‘module recruitment’, select the sub-item ‘Job profile’.
Click on the three dots next to the job profile you want to archive and select ‘Archive’.
A pop-up will ask you again if you really want to archive this job profile.
Note: Current and completed jobs that use this job profile will remain visible in the job overview. Existing job advertisements remain unchanged.
However, if you enter a new job and search for the archived job profile, it will no longer be available for selection.
How can I reactivate a job profile?
Click on ‘settings’
in the menu at the top.Select the sub-item ‘Job profile’ in the ‘module recruitment’.
Move the slider to ‘Archived’.
Click on the three dots next to the job profile you want to reactivate and select ‘Reactivate’.
A pop-up will ask you again if you really want to reactivate this job profile.
After clicking the button, a green confirmation message will appear and the job profile will immediately be listed among the active job profiles again. This means that the job profile will also be available for selection again when creating new jobs.
