How can I change my subscription?

Learn how to change your subscription. Select the number of employees, the billing period and the modules.

After you have made a customization, we will send you an invoice - see details below for the different customization options.

Adjust number of employees

If your company is booming and the number of employees needs to be adjusted, you can easily do this in the "Settings". Of course you can also adjust the number of employees downwards.

If the number of employees has increased, we will send our customers a recalculation for the period already paid for (i.e. no extensions of the subscription period). If the number of employees is reduced, a credit note will be issued with the next invoice.

1. Click on "Settings" in the menu above

2. Under the title "Company account", select the sub-item "Subscription".

3. Select now with the two buttons your correct package

Finish new module

If you have only used the module "Recruitment of apprentices and trainees" up to now, you can activate your subscription for "Recruitment of employees" in just a few steps. Of course this also applies if you initially only recruited employees with Dualoo.

In this case, we normally charge for the new module until the expiration date of the subscription you have already paid for (i.e. no extension of the subscription period).

1. Click on "Settings" in the menu above

2. Under the title "Company account", select the sub-item "Subscription".

3. Now select the additional module The new price for one year or one month is displayed directly.

4. So that the adjustments are made click on

Change billing period

If you have received an invoice every month until now, you can switch directly to "Yearly settlement" in the "Settings". Click on "Save changes" You save 10% of the invoice amount.

Change yearly to monthly:

Normally, the change will only become active after the annual contract period has expired. Afterwards you will receive a monthly invoice.

Change monthly to yearly:

Normally the change becomes active after the end of the current month. You have already paid this month.
