Admin rights to adjust "Settings"
After adjusting or cancelling your subscription, you will receive a confirmation or, if applicable, a corresponding invoice from us by email. Below you will find an overview of the various adjustment options:
Manage subscription
Click on ‘settings’ in the menu at the top.
Under ‘Company account’, select the sub-item “Subscription
”.Click on the ‘Manage subscription’ button at the top right.
A pop-up window opens.
Adjust the number of employees
If the number of your employees changes – whether due to growth or reduction – you can make the adjustment directly in the settings of your Dualoo account.
In the event of an increase, a surcharge for the period already paid will be made, provided that the change is made retroactively.
In the event of a reduction, you will receive a corresponding credit note with your next invoice, provided that the adjustment is made retroactively.
Use the selection fields in the pop-up window to adjust the correct number of employees.
Select the desired modules (if not already activated).
Confirm the change by clicking on ‘Save’.
2. Manage modules
If, for example, you have only used the ‘Recruitment of apprentices, trainees & interns’ module so far, you can add the ‘Recruitment of employees’ module at any time – or vice versa.
Billing is pro-rated until the end of the existing subscription period. No automatic renewal is triggered.
How to activate or deactivate a module:
Select or deselect the ‘check mark’ for the desired module.
2. Confirm the change by clicking on ‘Save’.
3. You will receive the corresponding invoice in the following days.
3. Adjust billing
You can change the billing mode for your subscription at any time – from monthly to yearly or vice versa.
1. Adjust billing period
Change from monthly to yearly
The change will take effect at the end of the current month.
You will benefit from a 10% discount on the invoice amount.
Change from yearly to monthly
The change will take effect at the end of the current annual period.
After that, you will receive a monthly invoice.
To change the billing cycle:
Select the desired billing cycle, annual or monthly.
Click on ‘Save’.
You will receive an invoice for the new services in the next few days.
2. Adjust currency
Select the desired currency from the drop-down menu: CHF (Swiss franc) or EUR (euro).
Click on ‘Save’.
3. Adjust billing address
If you have multiple locations, select the desired billing address.
Click on ‘Save’.
If you require a different billing address that is not created as a location in your Dualoo account, please contact [email protected].
4. Adjust billing contact
Select the desired billing contact from the drop-down field. All users created in the system can be selected.
If the invoice is to be sent to a different email address (e.g. directly to the accounting department), select ‘Different email address for sending the invoice: “Yes” and enter the appropriate email address.
Click on ’Save".
4. Price compilation
At the bottom of the page, you will find an overview of your current subscription, including any add-ons you have installed. You can manage your add-ons in the App Store.

Cancellation periods and expiry
Cancellation must be made at least five calendar days before the end of the current subscription period. This applies to both subscription options:
Monthly subscription: can be cancelled five days before the end of each month
Annual subscription: can be cancelled at the end of the term, also with five days' notice
Important note on cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account will be completely deleted, also for data protection reasons. This means that all settings, configurations and stored content will be permanently lost. It is not possible to restore this data.
All documents can be downloaded if they are available manually.
