Requirements

  • Admin rights

Enter/edit input mask

  1. Click on ‘Settings’ in the menu and select the sub-item ‘Input masks and buttons for application portal’ in the ‘Module Recruitment’ area.

  2. To edit an existing input mask, click on the desired tab at the top. To enter a new mask, click on

and enter a meaningful name for the input mask in the ‘Description’ field (e.g ‘Application receipt apprentices’, ‘Trial apprenticeship registration’, ‘Employees’).

  3. Select for which type of position this input mask can be used.

  4. If you use multiple recruitment languages, you must make the following adjustments in the respective languages. Candidates can change the language themselves when applying online.

  5. For each field (except for standard Dualoo fields), you can choose whether the field should be displayed and whether it is a mandatory field or not. An online application cannot be submitted without filling in the mandatory fields.

  6. You can add additional notes for each customisable field in the ‘Description text’ area.

These appear in the application form directly next to the respective field and help applicants to better understand the requirements.

Example: In the “CV” field, you can add: ‘Please attach all relevant documents such as references, job descriptions, Multicheck, etc.’

  7. You can also decide whether the PDF help and comments should be displayed.

8.The field ‘Text entry (description = title)’ is a freely definable text field that can be used as an open comment field.

It is particularly suitable for additional information that is not covered by other standard fields.

Examples of possible uses:

  • Annual salary expectations (including 13th month's salary)

  • Earliest possible start date

  • Personal comments or additions

The title of the field is displayed in the form as the field name – the description text serves as a help text below the field.

Buttons in the application portal, advertisement and in the input mask

Since a specific input mask can be assigned to each job, the button texts can also be defined individually.

This applies in particular to the following buttons:

This flexibility allows you to adapt the texts to the specific context, for example for:

  • Registrations for information days

  • Enquiries about trial apprenticeships

  • Traditional applications for advertised jobs

Define your own fields

Currently, it is not possible to enter custom fields yourself.

If you require additional fields or would like a specific customisation, please contact our support team directly.
