Requirements

  • Normally the addresses of the location and the department are the same. However, a department must be at least in the same postal code as the corresponding location.

When do I need a department or a location?

Do you want...

then you need:

  • Enter an employee and there is no matching department, but the location already exists in Dualoo.

  • specify the exact location in the communication with the applicant (e.g. HR department, or "2nd floor") ?

  • Recruit a position for a location or enter an employee and the appropriate location is not available for selection in Dualoo.
