What is the fastest way to get help?

We want to give our customers different possibilities to get in contact with us. This article shows the three support channels.

1. Help center (self-service)

Congratulations, you have already got to know the first support channel. On our Help Center you will find many useful articles about Dualoo. You have several ways to access the Help Center:

  • In the "Cockpit" in Dualoo you will find a selection of important help articles in the "Training Center".

  • Direct access to https://help.dualoo.com

2. Online chat (quick help)

After successfully logging in to Dualoo, you will find the following icon on the lower right side:

Click on this symbol to open our support chat. Click on "New conversation" and we will contact you as soon as possible.

3. Telephone (complicated cases)

Of course you can also reach us by phone. You can call us at 071 552 14 14. If we can't answer the phone right now, please leave us a message or use the online chat.
