New features

Quick navigation in the cockpit

With the help of the quick navigation you will find the desired applicant dossier even easier. Enter a name in the search field and jump to the existing candidate dossier or enter a new dossier.

Recruitment Module

In the Recruitment module you will not only find the new "Jobs" section, which is described below. We have also optimized the filter logic. Now you automatically jump to the open dossiers or evaluations. To display the completed results, the filter status can be adjusted.

Position overview

In this overview you will find all open job advertisements. You can see at a glance whether the job is also advertised online and who is responsible for it. In addition, you can see the number of applications received as well as the commitments already made.

Online application

When creating a new job or using the edit button, the online application can be activated for a new job. The link generated here can be copied into any desired advertisement. This completely eliminates the administrative effort of entering the applicant master data. The application is sent directly to the responsible person in Dualoo.

Applicant portal

You can now also integrate the Dualoo applicant portal into your company's homepage and manage your open positions directly in Dualoo. This means that you no longer have to maintain open positions in two places. Instead, you can easily edit everything in Dualoo.

Instructions for integrating the portal into your company's homepage can be found in the Help Center.

View for applicants

If an applicant clicks on the apply button or on the link in one of your advertisements, the following input mask appears. He enters the master data and uploads the corresponding attachments (as pdf).

The responsible person is informed by e-mail about the new application receipt and it is also displayed in the job overview.
