You have three different ways to forward candidate dossiers to the line.

Please note that these three procedures are possible at each step of the process. This way you can not only release the dossier when you receive the application, but you can also get feedback from the line at a later date from the job interview or trial workday.

Forwarding to line incl. preselection by HR

In this variant, you evaluate the dossier, or more precisely the corresponding process step first yourself, and thus make a pre-selection. Then you can release your evaluation for the line. The line receives the release for the explicit step in the process and then sees the documents / attachments in the process step (e.g. application documents from the candidate). The line also sees your assessment / recommendation and with this help can then give their own assessment.

You can find the detailed HelpCenter article about this here.

Forwarding to line without preselection by HR

In this case, you forward the dossiers directly to the line without having to make a preselection or give your own evaluation beforehand. The line receives the release for the explicit step in the process and then sees the documents / attachments in the process step (e.g. application documents from the candidate). In this case, the line makes its assessment based on the documents. You can find the detailed HelpCenter article here.

Forwarding to line with complete handover Application process

In this procedure, the line receives recruiter rights and thus has insight and editing rights in the entire process of the affected position. You change the responsibilities for forwarding in the affected process step. The line takes over the responsibility for the process and can continue it.

To ensure uniform application, we recommend that the line be trained accordingly for this variant. You can find the detailed HelpCenter article about this here.
