Requirements

  • Rights as 'Recruiter' (right to participate in the process / dossier)

  • You need a job with activated online application. Read here how you can publish the job.

Creation of the trackable link in Dualoo

1. Go to the job settings via the button.

in the menu item Publish.

Note: If a message appears stating that you have not yet entered an advertisement, you must prepare one accordingly. Read here how to enter an advertisement.

2. Under the heading ‘Manual links (other job platforms, etc.)’, click on the button ‘+ Add link’.

3. A search field appears in which you can search for the desired job application portal by entering text; the selection is automatically reduced according to the entry.

Note: If this label is not in the selection, you can simply enter additional job platforms (manual links) directly in this area. Read more here

4. The status is automatically set to ‘Active’.

5. If necessary, you can use the 3-dot button to ‘Edit name’.

Please note the following:

6. Now you can either copy the specific link to the input mask (application form) or the link to the advertisement. Depending on where you want to integrate the QR code, the appropriate link makes more sense.

7. Now you can copy the specific link to the application form for the corresponding job portal. Click on ‘Copy link’.

8. Click on ‘Copy link’.

Tip: Use the ‘Preview’ button to view the advertisement or the input mask.

Note: Please note that Dualoo does not use UTM parameters for tracking sources. Further information on tracking iFrames can be found here: Tracking iframe with Google Tag Manager

Creation of the QR code

1. Now open a QR code generator of your choice in your browser.
e.g. qrcode-generator.ch

2. Enter the copied link and a QR code will be generated automatically. If desired, you can also upload a logo or add the colours of your corporate design

3. Save the QR code in your desired documents (flyers, newspaper advertisements, etc.) and test the code before publication.
