Empty cache / delete cookies / Version check browser

Read here how you can delete the cache in your browser and thus resolve any display problems.

It can happen that the display of the dossier or evaluation overview is disturbed by a problem in your local browser memory. This can be seen, for example, if filters are displayed several times or no results are displayed in the dossier or evaluation overview.

You can usually solve this local problem by deleting the cookies and otherwise you can also clear the cache.

If your browser is not up to date, this can also lead to display problems.

Browser version check

  • Chrome: three dots at the top right - Settings - About Google Chrome

  • Edge: three dots at the top right - Settings - About Microsoft Edge

Delete cookies

Firefox - Quick guide

  1. Click on the burger menu at the top right and on Settings

  2. Privacy & Security

  3. Click on "Remove data" for cookies and website data

  4. Tick both boxes and click on "Empty" and confirm.

Chrome

1. Click on the settings button in your browser, which is displayed in front of the URL. Depending on the browser, this button may look slightly different.

2. Go to "Cookies and site data".

3. Open "Manage on-device site data"

4. Delete the cookies "dualoo.com" and "login.dualoo.com" and then click on the "Done" button. And reload the page.

5. You can now log in again and check the previously incorrect display.

Edge

Empty cache

Many problems can be solved by clearing the cache. The cache can cause problems, especially after an update. These instructions describe how you can clear the cache in Dualoo only, so that you do not lose any data that you still need in your cache.

  1. Right-click on examine in Dualoo

2. Then click on the refresh icon for at least three seconds and finally on Empty cache and refresh completely.

3. Close the console
