In a process step for which you are responsible, the executing person has been deactivated. You have therefore been notified by Dualoo by email that adjustments need to be made to the executing person and that you are responsible for this. Below you will find instructions on how best to proceed.

Requirements

  • Recruiter rights (authorization to work in the process / dossiers)

  • You have been informed by e-mail that an executing person has been deactivated in process steps for which you are responsible.

Procedure Customise executing persons

1. Display all applicants individually.

2. Set the filter as follows:

Step Status: Open

Responsible: select yourself

Perform: select the deactivated user

3. Open the first dossier and hand over the role of the executing person for the open process step to the successor.

4. Would you like to send a calendar invitation via Dualoo to the new person who is now stored as the executing person? Then click on the 3-dot button and then on "Notify employees".

5. If you would also like to send your candidates an update about a new executing person, click on "Send email". If you use the placeholders for the executing person in your templates, the new name is automatically inserted.

6. Repeat the previous actions for all dossiers in the Filtered list.

Tip: You do not have to switch to the dossier overview, but can easily go through all the dossiers in the Filtered list
