Create a new job
Create the new apprenticeship up to the point ‘Advertisement’. You can find the instructions here.
Caution: Trial apprenticeship as part of an apprenticeship, advertised within the apprenticeship. So do not create a ‘Trial apprenticeship as...’ but the apprenticeship itself.
Enter advertisement for Trial apprenticeship
1. click on the ‘Create advertisement for’ button in the ‘Advertisements’ section and select the step for the Trial apprenticeship or taster day.
Tip: If The step does not appear in the selection, this requires a change in the settings in the ‘Application processes’ area. The step must be able to be advertised online. Further information can be found here.
2. now define the contact person, the input mask, the automatic confirmation of receipt and the cover picture. Further information on this process can be found here. You can adapt these points to the circumstances of the Trial apprenticeship. For example, use a suitable cover picture or define a separate input mask.
Tip: Refer to the Trial apprenticeship in the content of the job (Introduction, Tasks, etc.). For example, describe what the student can expect during the taster day and define the requirements.
3. click on ‘Save and publish’
4. in the ‘Publish’ section, define where the Trial apprenticeship should be published. This can be on your own website, for example, or on an apprenticeship platform such as Yousty. You can find an overview of possible posting options here.
Registrations/applications received
As soon as someone applies for the taster day via the input mask, you will receive this application directly in Dualoo, similar to an application receipt.
