Requirements

  • Rights as HR-Manager for the complete data export

  • HR-Managers have the option of requesting an export in the job overview. The data is sent by e-mail. This makes it easier to enter evaluations / statistics. The easiest way to do this is of course with our KPI template. You can find it here

  • Recruiter rights for copying individual data from Dualoo

Excel export types - raw data / statistical data

There are two export types to choose from: Raw or statistical data.

For both exports, all information / columns are exported from Dualoo.

Raw data

The raw data export contains the complete export of all data, exactly as shown in Dualoo. For dossiers that have not yet been anonymised, for example, personal details of the applicants are displayed. Dossiers that have already been anonymised remain anonymised.

Important: This export may contain personal data (e.g. personal details, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, etc.). Make sure that the export is only used within the scope of the legal provisions and that the timely deletion of the data is ensured.

Statistical data

The statistical data also includes a complete export of all data from Dualoo. However, the data is completely anonymised. This export also contains additional auxiliary columns and tables with calculations for simpler evaluations. We recommend using this export so that Data protection can be complied with more easily.

Send Excel export by e-mail

1. Click on the dropdown button with the eye in the job overview.

And select "Send Excel export".

2. Select the desired export type:

3. Wait for the data to be sent to you by e-mail.

This may take a little while (approx. 15 minutes depending on the amount of data).

4. Insert the data into the KPI Excel template to easily perform evaluations with our template. You can find out more in this Help Centre article.

Copying data from Dualoo (for recruiters)

Only HR-Managers can export the complete data from Dualoo as an Excel file. As a recruiter, however, you can still copy data that you have access to from Dualoo and paste it manually into an Excel file.

1. Insert additional columns

You can show additional columns in all overviews in Dualoo - depending on which key figures you want to calculate.

2. You can also set the desired filters. In the rating overview, we recommend activating the ‘Show all steps (incl. without rating scheme)’ and ‘Show anonymised dossiers’ checkboxes so that all steps and anonymised dossiers are displayed in the overview.

3 Next, load all table entries.

Problems with loading times: If loading all the table entries takes too long and reaches your limit, ask one of your HR-Managers to export the desired data for you as Excel instead. Due to the amount of data, it is only possible to load and copy data records of approx. 100 - 300.

4. Select the complete overview and copy it (selection only possible with the mouse/cursor and not using the keyboard shortcut ctrl+alt+A).

Tip: If you remain in the title bar when selecting, you save yourself the tedious scrolling - as soon as you reach the right end with the mouse, everything is automatically selected.

5. You can then copy the cached list into an Excel spreadsheet. You can now use the various Excel features to carry out the evaluations as you wish.

6 Important: In order to comply with Data protection, the names of applicants must also be anonymised in Excel.
