How can the interface to Yousty be installed?

Learn how the interface between Dualoo & Yousty works and how it can be activated.

Requirements

  • Admin rights

  • You must have activated the module Recruitment of apprentices, trainees & interns in your Dualoo subscription so that you can also advertise jobs with the type ‘Apprenticeship’.

  • Yousty Account

  • Yousty Client ID and Yousty Client Secret
    (these can be requested via Yousty Support)

Advantages of the interface to Yousty

The integration of Yousty into Dualoo offers numerous advantages:

  1. Centralised administration: all apprenticeship applications and taster registrations are created centrally in Dualoo. This enables efficient and clear editing of all applications.
    ​

  2. Simple connection: With just one click, the apprenticeships (and trial apprenticeships) from Dualoo can be linked directly to the corresponding apprenticeship profiles on Yousty. This connection is made directly in Dualoo, which saves time and simplifies handling.
    ​

  3. User-friendly application: The application process is simplified for students
    is considerably simplified for students by the possibility of a one-click application using their Yousty profile. This makes the application process easier and increases the attractiveness of the apprenticeships.
    ​

  4. Improved evaluations: All applications and registrations are automatically filed with the Yousty source. This enables a more precise and comprehensive evaluation of the data.

How do I activate the interface?

1. Go to the "App Store" menu item in the "Settings" and click on the "Details" button for the Yousty integration.

2. Go to the Settings tab and enter the Yousty Client ID and Yousty Client Secret.

Information: You can request these codes from Yousty Support.

3. Accept the GTC as well as the terms of use and data protection provisions of yousty.ch and click on the "Install (causes costs)" button.


4. Direct integration with Yousty is now available under "Jobs" in the ‘Job settings’ of the apprenticeships in the "Publish"- "Google & Social Media Posting (direct integrations)’" section.

What does it cost to use the interface?

Costs on the Dualoo side

Requirements: Dualoo customers must have activated the module recruitment of apprentices, trainees & interns in their Dualoo subscription so that you can also advertise jobs with the type ‘apprenticeship’. You can find the subscription costs under Subscription.

The costs are calculated in simple package sizes, depending on the size of the company. The costs are invoiced with the subscription invoice.
