Requirements

  • The jobs.ch (by Prospective) interface must have been installed by your Dualoo admin. You can find the installation instructions here.

  • Recruiter rights (authorisation to work in the process / dossiers)

  • A created job that you would like to publish. You can see how to create a job here.

How can advertisements be published directly on jobs.ch?

1. Open the desired job using the button

2. Go to the 'Publis' section.

3. Under ‘Direct Integrations’, Activate the job posting on jobs.ch by clicking on the ‘On’ button.

4. After the button has been set to ‘On’, further information will appear. Indicate which jobs.ch job ad option you would like. Then click on ‘Order now’.

Caution: overbooking your subscription will incur additional costs! If all available quotas/slots for your subscription have been used, a chargeable individual job ad will be booked for you for each additional publication.

5. The job will now be published on jobs.ch within one day. All the information can be found by clicking on the info button. The corresponding advertisement on jobs.ch can be opened as soon as it is online by clicking on the info button.

How can I deactivate or republish a job before the end of the posting period?

Deactivating a job before the end of the regular posting period

Clicking on ‘Off’ deactivates the link to the application form and/or the advertisement. However, the advertisement itself will continue to be posted on the corresponding job plattforms. If you click on the advertisement or the ‘Apply’ button, the message ‘Job advertisement has expired’ will appear.

Republishing a job on Jobs.ch during the normal term

If the term of the advertisement is still active (recognisable by the date displayed), the button can be reset to ‘On’ and no new costs will be incurred. Then, when you click on the advertisement or the apply button, the corresponding correct information will be displayed again and candidates can apply.

Republishing a job on Jobs.ch after the normal term has expired

After the publication period has expired, the button is automatically set to ‘Off’. If necessary, the ad can be reposted for a fee by clicking on ‘On’.

The entire history of all postings is listed under the Info button.
