Working with JobIQ (by Prospective) in Dualoo

Learn how to post jobs on multiple platforms with JobIQ in just a few clicks.

Requirements

  • The JobIQ (by Prospective) add-on must have been installed by your Dualoo admin. You can find the installation instructions here.

  • Recruiter rights (authorisation to work on the process / dossiers)

  • A created job that you want to publish. You can see how to create a job here.

How can jobs be posted directly on JobIQ?

1. Open the desired job by clicking the button

2. Go to the ‘Publish’ section.

3. Under ‘Direct Integrations’, Activate the job posting on JobIQ by Prospective by clicking on the ‘Start Publication’ button.

4. After the button has been set, you can confirm the request for proposal by clicking on ‘Order now’.

5. The job will now be published within one day via JobIQ. All information can be found by clicking on the info button.

How can I deactivate or republish a job before the end of the posting period?

Deactivating a job before the end of the regular posting period

Clicking on ‘Pause Publication’

deactivates the link to the application form and/or the advertisement. However, the advertisement itself will continue to be posted on the corresponding job plattforms. If you click on the advertisement or the ‘Apply’ button, the message ‘Job advertisement has expired’ will appear.

Republishing a job via JobIQ during the regular term

If the advertisement is still active (indicated by the date displayed), you can click on “Start Publication” again at no additional cost. When you click on the advertisement or the Apply button, the correct information will be displayed again and candidates will be able to apply.

Republishing a job via JobIQ after the regular term has expired

Once the term of a publication has expired, the button will automatically be set to "Terminated". If required, the advertisement can be booked again for a fee by clicking on "Start Publication".

How can I make changes to the content of the advertisement?

This platform does not use direct links, meaning that the advertisement is not displayed directly from Dualoo; instead, a copy of the text and content is created and presented in the platform’s layout. Therefore, changes must be reported manually if you wish to make changes to the content of the advertisement, e.g. a text change, a different image, a different category or formatting. Please describe the desired change as precisely as possible, including the job title, and send your change request to: [email protected].

How is invoicing handled?

When an order is placed, the relevant billing data is transmitted in the background to our technology partner, Prospective. Prospective then issues the invoice directly to the user who placed the order.
