How are jobs published via Google Ads?
1. Open the desired job using the button
2. Go to the ‘Publishing’ section.
3. Under “Direct Integrations”, activate the tender on Google Ads by clicking on the “Start Publication” button.
4. After the “Start Publication” step, you can confirm the publication by clicking on “Order now”.
5. The Google advertisement/Google Ads for the job will now be published within one day. All information can be viewed by clicking on the info button. For example, which user ordered it, on what date, what type of advertisement, and for what duration.
Pause or end tender
There are two options via the three-dot button.
Pause job posting
By clicking on the three dots and then ‘Pause job posting’ or , the link to the application form or the job posting will be deactivated. However, the job posting itself will remain active. If you click on the job posting or the Apply button, the message ‘Job advertisement expired’ will appear.
If the advertisement is still active (indicated by the status ‘paused’), it can be republished by clicking ‘Start Publication’ at no additional cost.
Terminate publication
By clicking on the three dots and then ‘Terminate publication’ or , the entire advertisement will be removed. If you wish to repost the advertisement at a later date, you will incur additional advertising costs.

How long does it take for my advertisement to go live?
Advertisements are published on Dualoo within 24 hours (on working days) after being placed.
If this is the first advertisement you wish to publish via the interface, it takes a further 24 hours to activate the interface, so in this case it may take up to 48 hours (on working days) for your first advertisement to be published.
How can I make changes to the content of the advertisement?
This platform does not use direct links, meaning the advertisement is not displayed directly from Dualoo; instead, a copy of the text and content is created and displayed in the platform’s layout. Therefore, changes must be reported manually if you wish to make changes to the content of the advertisement, e.g. a text change, a different image, a different category or formatting. Please describe the desired change as precisely as possible, including the job title, and send your change request to: [email protected].
How is invoicing handled?
When an order is placed, the relevant billing data is transmitted in the background to our technology partner, Prospective. Prospective then issues the invoice directly to the user who placed the order.
