Requirements
How can jobs be published directly on various specialist platforms via Optipacks?
Open the desired location using the button and select the ‘Publish’ area.
2. Under ‘Direct Integrations’, activate the publication on the desired Optipack by clicking on the ‘Start publication’ button.
3. Now click on ‘Order now’.
4. The job will now be published on all the Optipack job platforms within one day. All the details can be viewed by clicking the ‘Info’ button.
How can I pause, deactivate or republish a job before the end of the Publication?
Pausing a job on Optipack
Recommended if you have received a large number of applications and do not wish to receive any further applications for the time being.
You can pause the job by clicking on the three-dot menu and selecting ‘Pause job’. If you then click on the Apply button, the message ‘Job advertisement has expired’ will appear.
Important: Pausing the job posting only deactivates the link to the input mask, meaning that no one can apply any longer.
The advertisement itself remains visible online.
Reactivating a job after pausing it
Clicking on ‘Start Publication’ sets the publication back to ‘Active’.
Terminating a job before the end of the standard duration
Clicking “Terminate publication” via the three-dot menu will permanently deactivate the advertisement.
Any fees already paid will not be refunded. A new advertisement fee will apply if you wish to repost the job.
The advertisement will be automatically terminated once the standard duration has expired
The status is set to ‘Terminated’.
Republish a job on Optipack after the regular term has expired
If necessary, the advertisement can be reposted for a fee by clicking on ‘Start Publication’.
The entire history of all publications is listed under the Info button.

How can I make changes to the content of the advertisement?
Some job platforms do not use direct links, meaning that the advertisement is not displayed directly from Dualoo; instead, a copy of the text and content is created and displayed in the platform’s layout. Therefore, changes must be reported manually if you wish to make changes to the content of the advertisement, e.g. a text change, a different image, a different category or formatting. Please describe the desired change as precisely as possible, mentioning the job title and the platforms concerned, and send your change request to: [email protected].

How is invoicing handled?
When an order is placed, the relevant billing data is transmitted in the background to our technology partner Prospective. Prospective then issues the invoice directly to the user who placed the order.
