Access authorisation for external marketing agencies - Data protection-compliant procedure

Dualoo attaches great importance to the protection of your data and complies with the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you work with an external marketing agency or other third-party providers who need access to your Dualoo account (e.g. to use the API key, for analysis purposes or to manage job advertisements), please note the following guidelines:

1. Written release required

Before setting up such access, please send us written confirmation to [email protected]. This confirmation must include:

  • Name of the commissioned agency or third party

  • Type of access (e.g. API use, direct access to the customer account, user access)

  • Purpose of the collaboration

  • Your express consent to data processing by the agency within the scope of the collaboration

2. Add users

If the agency needs direct access to Dualoo, e.g. to enter or manage advertisements, a person can be created as a user in your account. Please note:

As a Dualoo customer, you remain responsible for handling personal data in accordance with data protection regulations, even when working with third parties.

If you have any questions or uncertainties, please do not hesitate to contact us.
