Admin rights to uninstall/install the add-on
Information: The add-on is installed in all accounts by default (without the options for companies).Access to the LinkedIn company profile / LinkedIn Page ID (admin access to the LinkedIn account is required, but the number must be known)
Admin access to the LinkedIn Recruiter account if you wish to connect it.

Advantages of the LinkedIn Feed add-on
The integration offers numerous advantages:
Enter posts in the feed with just a few clicks Posts are entered centrally in Dualoo and then automatically transferred to LinkedIn. The stored social media image and defined preview texts are also transferred. There is no need for time-consuming copying and pasting, and the appropriate link to the advertisement and application link is automatically set correctly.
Option to post via your personal profile or the company page You can flexibly decide whether a post is published via your personal LinkedIn profile or via the company page. This allows you to implement different reach and communication strategies depending on your objectives.
Listing the job in the LinkedIn company profile under ‘Jobs’
If your LinkedIn company account is connected in the settings, the job will automatically be listed in the LinkedIn company profile in the ‘Jobs’ section. This means that, in addition to feed communication, the advertisement appears directly where candidates are actively searching for open positions.
Increased visability and reach – at no additional cost
Reach not only active job seekers but also passive or latently job-seeking LinkedIn members. Your advertisement will appear to your followers exactly where they go to find profession information and network – increasing the organic visability of your open positions without additional advertising budget.
Centralised management of applications
All applications from LinkedIn are sent centrally to Dualoo. This enables efficient and clear editing of all applications.Improved evaluations
All applications are automatically stored with the source ‘LinkedIn Feed’. This enables a more precise and comprehensive evaluation of the data.
How can LinkedIn options be activated for companies?
1. Go to the ‘settings’ menu item ‘App Store’ and click on the “Details” button for the ‘LinkedIn Feed’ add-on.
2. Open the settings and click on ‘On’ under the LinkedIn options for companies.
3. Connect company page:
Additional menu items will open. Enter your LinkedIn Page ID. You can find this in the URL of your LinkedIn company page. Here you will find more information from LinkedIn on where to find it.
Additional information: When you post a job via your LinkedIn company profile in future, the job will automatically be listed in the ‘Jobs’ section of your LinkedIn company profile. The approval process is currently still ongoing and can only be completed after the release goes live. Once approval has been granted, the feature will be automatically activated in the background for all customers.
4. Connect multiple company pages
If you want to link multiple LinkedIn company pages, tick the ‘Use multiple LinkedIn company pages’ checkbox and enter the corresponding company number for each location stored in Dualoo.

6. In the menu “Job” in the job settings “⚙️”, LinkedIn Job Ads is available in the “Publish” section under “Direct Integrations” and now offers the option to share via personal or company accounts.

Connect your LinkedIn Recruiter account
If you have a LinkedIn Recruiter account, you can connect it to Dualoo. Please see below for instructions on how to do this. Once connected, the jobs you post in the feed will automatically appear in your company account under LinkedIn Jobs. The jobs will also appear in your LinkedIn Recruiter, where you can place paid advertisements or use other features of your Recruiter account.
1. Activate the box ‘Connect your LinkedIn Recruiter account’.
2. Next, you can copy the XML URL and submit a ticket for activation on LinkedIn. The procedure varies depending on your LinkedIn contract. Both options are described below:

Option for contract: Job Slot
Please enter a support ticket in LinkedIn Recruiter requesting that job posting be configured via XML feed and paste the XML URL copied from Dualoo.
Option for contract: Job Post
If you have this option in your contract, you can set up the connection yourself by following these steps:
1. Log in to LinkedIn Recruiter as an admin, open the product settings and select ‘Job Posting’.
2. Find the ‘ATS Sources for Automated Job Postings’ section and click on View/Edit.
3. Click on Add new ATS source.
4. Select LinkedIn Jobs XML from the Select your ATS drop-down menu.
5. Paste the XML URL you copied from the Dualoo add-on settings into the Job Source URL field.
6. Select the LinkedIn Company Page to which the jobs should be linked on LinkedIn.
7. Optional: If the Apply URLs in the XML do not contain an attribution code, enter the attribution code in this step so that applications can be correctly assigned to the LinkedIn Jobs source.
We therefore recommend the name: ‘LinkedIn Jobs’
8. Click on Add source.
What happens next?
LinkedIn automatically creates a support ticket for activation.
Once LinkedIn has set up processing and jobs are published from your feed, you will receive a notification (including email confirmation from LinkedIn) that you can use to communicate with support if you have any questions.
Note on multiple recruiter accounts:
If a company manages multiple companies in a Dualoo account, each of which uses different LinkedIn Recruiter licences, the steps described above must be performed multiple times – for each individual LinkedIn company profile.
How can the add-on be uninstalled or reactivated?
1. Go to the ‘settings’ menu item ‘App Store’ and click on the 'Details' button for the ‘LinkedIn Feed’ add-on.
2. The add-on is installed by default (without the options for companies) in all accounts. The add-on can be uninstalled using the red ‘Uninstall’ button and will then no longer be available to recruiters as a direct integration.
