Frequently asked questions:
How can I make changes to the content of the advertisement?
Direct links are used when submitting job advertisements. This means that the job advertisement is directly linked to the advertisement on Dualoo.
Changes to the advertisement are applied automatically. As soon as you have made the changes in Dualoo and published them, they will also be visible via the existing direct link.
It is therefore not necessary to resubmit or update the link. Your job advertisement is automatically kept up to date.
Can an advertisement be republished via CH Media once its term has expired?
Yes. Once the standard term has expired, the status of the publication is automatically set to ‘Terminated’. An email notification is sent to the responsible person to inform them that the publication has expired. If required, the advertisement can be republished on the desired CH Media job platform for a fee by clicking ‘Start Publication’.
How is invoicing handled?
When an order is placed, the relevant invoicing details are transmitted in the background to our partner, CH Media. CH Media then issues the invoice directly to the user who placed the order.
