You will also receive the applications received via this apprenticeship portal directly online in Dualoo via link.

1. Open the job overview in Dualoo and press the settings button at the job where you want to receive the applications from Yousty.

2. In the "Publish" menu, check that the process step corresponds to Application Receipt. This is opened when an application is received.

3. Under the item "Links to the application form" you can select the label Yousty. If this label is not in the selection, you can simply write the desired name in the field.

4. Make sure that the button is set to "On".

5. Now you can copy the specific link to the application form for Yousty.

Click on "Copy link".

6. Open your Yousty Account and navigate to the apprenticeship places Then press the pencil icon "Edit".

7. Now the following view opens: Press "Edit" as marked red below.

8. Now another menu opens. Select "External Link" in the selection when applying and add the applicant URL from Dualoo in the field (ctrl+v).

9. Press save and test if now on Yousty in the student view the Dualoo input mask appears when "Apply for 20xx" is pressed for this apprenticeship.

2. In the menu "Publish" check if the process step "Trial apprenticeship before application" corresponds to "Trial apprenticeship before application". This will be opened when an application is received.

Click on "Copy link".

5. Return to the Yousty. Now choose "External web page" in the selection "Taster" and copy the trial apprenticeship link from Dualoo into the field (ctrl+v).

6. Press save and test whether the Dualoo input mask now appears on Yousty in the student view when "Ask for trial lesson" is pressed.
