Overview Apps & Installations

We have put together a selection of our own add-ons and interfaces to external services for you to use directly in Dualoo.

The following add-ons are available in the App Store.

Legend: information on the respective add-on
(costs, language, modules, etc.)

  1. The green icon indicates whether the add-on is installed.

  2. Add-on = integration/function extension
Whether the add-on itself, i.e. the integration, incurs costs, is displayed directly in this field. These costs can be one-time or recurring and the current prices can be found in the respective help centre article.

    Service = use
Whether the service, i.e. the use of the add-on, is free of charge or not, is indicated here. The costs for using the service can be requested from the respective provider and are charged either once or recurrently, depending on the service.

All costs on the part of Dualoo and external partners are listed in the respective Help Center article. However, Dualoo does not accept any liability for the prices of external service providers.

  3. Further information about the add-on can be found under Details.

  4. The available languages of the add-on are displayed here.

  5. The Dualoo icons indicate in which modules the add-on is available.

    Recruitment of employees

Recruitment of apprentices, trainees and interns

You can find more information about the respective add-on under Details and in the respective Help Center articles.

Installation of Apps & Integrations by Admin

1. By clicking on

A new window will open, providing you with further information on the relevant add-on, which you can then install.

Important: Some installations can cause costs.

2. You will find the corresponding "Help Center" articles linked. You will see how to install the integration and then work with it.

3. By clicking on

you can install the integration you want. To install an add-on, you must accept the provider's data protection and terms of use (these are linked accordingly). The required templates and adjustments are automatically adapted in the corresponding areas.

4. After installation, you can see in the overview which add-ons you have installed. The details also show who carried out the installation. To uninstall a feature, click the ‘Uninstall’ button.
If a feature is uninstalled, the corresponding features are no longer available.
