Templates vs. design


In the templates you define the content of the letters or e-mails. Each template needs a linked design.


The design is the basis of the correspondence. There the layout is defined on which the contents from the template are copied.

Order of creation

We recommend that you start by designing the letters, evaluation schemes and e-mails. Then define the content in the templates.

Using templates in the application process

After you have created your own template and design, you have to link it during the application process or application step. Read here (step 5) how you can do this. Only after this linking, the newly created template will be displayed and generated in the application step.
