How can I create or adapt my own assessement schemes?

Learn how to create your own evaluation scheme (also detailed evaluation).

Requirements

  • Admin rights to add or edit new templates.

  • The connection between design and template you can read here.

  • An evaluation scheme is displayed in the process step as a detailed evaluation. In order for the evaluation scheme to be displayed after it has been created, it must be stored in an application process. Read here what a detailed evaluation is and how you can link the evaluation scheme in the process.

Add rating scheme

1. Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu Under the title "Module recruitment" select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. Click on

and enter a meaningful name in the field.

3. Now select a "Design of assessement scheme" (read here how to create a new design)

4. Dualoo has automatically loaded two categories with two criteria each.

5. Edit the name of the existing criteria and categories by clicking on the "Title".

6. You can enter a "description" for each criterion. The description will be displayed during the evaluation for the employees.

7. You can enter an individual "Weight" for each criterion. The evaluated criteria are included in the Matching Index based on their weighting. For more information on the Matching Index, click here. By default, the criteria are weighted with factor 1.

8. You can customise "To be filled out by" according to the role. For example, in the same assessment scheme you can define a simplified scope for the assessing persons (line managers).

9. Add further criteria or categories if necessary.

10. Finally, the evaluation scheme must be assigned to a step. Click here for instructions.

Add category

1. Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu Under the title "Module recruitment", select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. Click at the bottom of the page

3. Assign a name and click on "Save".

Add criteria

1. Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu Under the title "Module recruitment", select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. In the category in which you want to add a new criterion, select the button

3. enter a description and a weighting for the criterion. The description will be displayed during the evaluation and ensures that each employee knows what to evaluate.

Edit criteria or categories

1. Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu Under the title "Module recruitment", select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. First select the scheme you want to edit

3. Click on the criterion or category you want to change

and then to "Edit criterion".

Delete criteria or categories

1.Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu. Under the title "Module recruitment" select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. First select the scheme you want to edit

3. Click on the criterion or category to be deleted

and then click "Delete".

Attention: If you delete a category, all criteria are deleted as well.

Change the order of criteria or categories

1. Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu Under the title "Module recruitment", select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. At the top, first select the scheme you want to edit

3. Click on the criterion or category you want to change

and then to "Down" or "Up".

Duplicate valuation scheme

1. Click on "Settings" at the top of the menu Under the title "Module recruitment", select the sub-item "Templates assessement schemes".

2. First select the scheme to be duplicated at the top

3. Click next to the name of the evaluation scheme

and then click "Duplicate".

4. Now only the name has to be adapted and any changes made.
