An evaluation scheme is displayed in the process step as a detailed evaluation. In order for the evaluation scheme to be displayed after it has been created, it must be stored in an application process. Read here what a detailed evaluation is and how you can link the evaluation scheme in the process.
Add rating scheme
Click on ‘settings’
in the top right-hand corner. Under the heading ‘module recruitment’, select the sub-item ‘templates rating schemes’.Click on

Ratings by others become visible as soon as your own rating has been submitted.
Completed ratings by others are visible from the start.
Dualoo has automatically loaded two categories, each with two criteria.
Click on ‘Criterion’ or the three dots button to enter edit mode.
Name the criterion, e.g. with professional experience, in the ‘Name’ field.
You can enter a ‘description’ for each criterion. The description is displayed to employees during the rating.
You can specify an individual ‘Weighting factor’ for each criterion. The rated criteria are incorporated into the matching index based on their weighting factor. Further information on the matching index can be found here. By default, the criteria are weighted with a factor of 1.
You can adjust ‘To be completed by’ according to the role. For example, you can define a simplified scope for the evaluating persons (line managers) in the same rating scheme.
Add further criteria or categories as required.

Can evaluation criteria be set as mandatory fields in Dualoo?
Currently, evaluation criteria cannot be set as mandatory fields in Dualoo.
You can define rating schemes and criteria individually. However, there is currently no feature that makes individual criteria mandatory when completing a rating.
Note
If you wish to ensure that certain points are taken into account, we recommend clearly specifying these internally in the comment field within the rating scheme and informing the raters accordingly.
Evaluation criteria are not updated following an adjustment
Problem
You have adjusted the evaluation criteria or the rating scheme, but the changes are not reflected in ratings that have already been entered.
Cause
Changes to the rating scheme are not automatically applied to existing ratings. This applies, for example, when criteria are added, removed, or modified. Raters who have already entered ratings remain unchanged by design so that assigned ratings are not automatically altered retrospectively.
Solution
To ensure the current rating scheme is applied, remove the relevant raters and delete their existing ratings. Then add the raters again. The latest rating scheme will then be applied, and the rating criteria should be displayed as desired.
