The settings apply to your personal user account.
Open ‘My Account’
Click on your username in the top right-hand corner.
Select ‘My Account’.

Click on the username in the top right-hand corner.
Select ‘Personal Settings’.

Personal details
You can edit the following details yourself:
First name
Surname
Title
Role
Telephone number
Note: Your work email address cannot be changed under ‘My Account’. To do this, please contact someone with the relevant admin and HR-Manager rights.
Default login
If you have access to multiple Dualoo accounts, you can specify which account opens by default after logging in.

Add a profile picture
Click on the upload icon next to the profile picture and select an image from your device. Alternatively, you can upload the image using drag and drop. Once uploaded, the image can still be edited.
Personal settings
Colour mode
You can choose how Dualoo is displayed:
Light
Dark
Use device settings
If you select ‘Use device settings’, Dualoo will automatically adopt your device’s settings.
Language
You can choose the language of the Dualoo user interface:
German
French
English
The selected language also applies to internal system emails and notifications from Dualoo.
The language of the user interface does not affect the languages in which job publications are conducted or messages are sent to applicants.
List view: Page navigation or continuous scrolling
Under ‘List view’, you can specify how entries are displayed in Dualoo’s lists. There are two options to choose from:
Page navigation: Entries are spread across several pages. This enables faster loading times and allows you to switch between pages as required.
Continuous scrolling: As you scroll down, further entries are loaded automatically without having to switch between individual pages.
The selected setting applies to all lists within Dualoo.

Multiposting access
If your company uses Solique or Prospective for multiposting, you can save your personal login details under ‘My Account’. These only need to be created once per user.
Solique login: Enter your personal Solique username and password. This allows Dualoo to connect to Solique when publishing a job and to open Smart multiposting. An existing Solique account is required.
Prospective login: Enter your personal Prospective token. This is used to connect to the Prospective JobBooster. Alternatively, the token can be entered by admins or HR-Managers, or directly when publishing a job for the first time.
Note: You only need these settings if the relevant multiposting integration is activated in your Dualoo account. An existing Solique account is required for Solique, and an existing Prospective account is required for Prospective.
