New features

👍 Deactivate employees

Employees who have left the company can be deactivated as users in Dualoo and all open tasks or responsibilities can simply be transferred to another person.

👍 Salutation: Introduction of third option (non-binary)

Applicants and employees in Dualoo now have three options to choose from (female, male, non-binary). People who specify their form of address as "non-binary" will be addressed in a gender-neutral manner.

👍 View of attachments optimised
We have optimised the view of attachments so that recruiters can now see all attachments / documents from all process steps in one overview. Persons with authorization as a rater for a specific step will still only see the attachments in the respective process step.

👍Dualoo contact persons
There are now three special roles in Dualoo; these people are our contact persons for the relevant topics. Initially, these roles are assigned to the person who entered the account, but can be customised accordingly. In future, we will always contact or inform the right person on the relevant topic.

  • Main contact

  • Billing contact

  • Contact person Data protection

👍 Customisable advertisement titles

A completely independent advertisement title can now be selected for publication. The professional title will continue to be used as a placeholder in emails and letters (B_BERUF).

👍More design options for advertisements

The colour, font size and formatting of subtitles can now also be defined in the layout of advertisements in the application portal.

Minor improvements

We have made various minor corrections and optimisations.

  • Applicants can now also be anonymised individually. This happens regardless of the deadline defined in the settings. You can find out more here

  • The dossier overview can now also be filtered by the executing person.

  • URL parameters can now be used in the links. You can see exactly how these work and what they can be used for here.

  • Sharing an advertisement on social media platforms now also works flawlessly in multiple languages.

  • The interface to Solique is multilingual and advertisements can be transferred in different languages.

  • Country of company locations can now be specified and new placeholders are available, e.g. S_LAND See the complete list of placeholders here

  • Country of residence of the applicant is saved in the background (this is not yet displayed in the dossier)

  • Automatically filling in or completing the address, postcode and city in the input mask makes it easier for applicants to complete the required fields.

  • Geolocation data (branch geolocation data) is now stored for company locations so that it can be sent to Google for Jobs, for example.

  • Recovery codes can be sent directly by HR-Managers or admins from Dualoo to the corresponding users if they are no longer able to log in. Recovery codes are only necessary when using 2-factor authentication. You can see how to send this here

  • For a better overview, we now also show the lowest authorisation level in the employees area, the rater role.

  • In the application portals, we have been able to achieve a significant improvement in performance (speed of loading times).

  • The height of the "website header" in the application portals can now be customised.

  • We have made SEO optimisations in the job application portal / application portal.

  • Documents / Attachments can now also be viewed on iPads without any problems.

  • Recommending Dualoo is now even easier using the heart button. More about this here

We have made changes to the technology in the background. To speak of a small improvement here is actually incorrect. But these changes are hardly noticeable for you. For the sake of completeness, however, they are listed below.

  • Upgrade to Spring Boot 3.1 and Java 17

  • The login in Dualoo is now already completely in Angular

  • Initial components such as the view of attachments and the job profile have already been migrated from AngularJS to Angular.

  • New JWT authentication (new algorithm for encryption, asymmetric, no more public endpoints, subdomain independent)

Use your own e-mail domain

In response to customer requests, we have developed a new feature: From now on, you can send applicants via your own e-mail address and receive the responses directly in Dualoo as usual. This option can now be tested by interested companies in an Early Bird phase. After the test phase, this optional feature will be available to all customers (including Early Bird customers) for a fee.

Would you like to be one of the first to test this new feature in Dualoo? If so, register now for the Early Bird group.
