What can I define in the general settings for the layout of advertisements?

In this article, you will learn how to set default titles and texts for your digital advertisements and how to show or hide telephone numbers in the advertisement.

Hiding the telephone number in the settings

The General settings apply to advertisements, regardless of the language.

1. In the "settings" go to Layout advertisements


2. If you want to enable the phone number to be hidden in the advertisement, activate the checkbox.

This is not activated by default so that applicants have the option of contacting the right person by telephone if they have any queries.

Standard texts

1. Define display of fields

Under ‘Layout advertisement’, you can define which fields (sections) should be displayed by default in digital “advertisements” in the “jobs” section.

2. Define content

In the “Introduction” and ‘We offer’ fields, you can enter text that should be used consistently in all advertisements.

3. Define standard titles

You can specify which standard titles should be displayed in digital advertisements in the Jobs section. These titles are then automatically suggested in the advertisements. For example, you can specify that the title “Your exciting area of responsibility” should always be used for the “Tasks” field.

4. Adjustments for multilingualism

If you publish advertisements in multiple languages, you can enter the fields, texts and standard titles in several languages.

Recruiters can customise the fields, advertisement titles and texts for each advertisement as required.
